Juice & Zest from 1 large lemon
6-8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Puree all ingredients. Marinate 4-6 butterflied chicken breasts for 8 hours.
